The Somali Regional State Health Bureau (SRSHB) Public Health Laboratory and Research Center (PHLRC) is the regional reference laboratory dedicated to protecting and improving public health through excellence in laboratory diagnostics, research, innovation, and quality assurance. As a key institution within the Somali Regional State Health Bureau, the Center provides accurate, timely, and reliable laboratory services that support disease prevention, surveillance, outbreak detection, clinical care, and evidence-based public health decision-making.
